Witchy Love Chocolate

This really simple recipe (well not really even a recipe, more a put things together)is a wonderful way of combining an easy gift idea with a love spell.

The ingredients used can be charged around for whatever spell you wish to create, but as I consider chocolate to be the food of love, I think this is a great way of combining things successfully. To be honest, with the end result being so yummy, you should maybe eat it yourself, after all we could do with loving ourselves a little more! bb mandyxxx

Ingredients

200g White Chocolate

100g Dark Chocolate

Rose Petals, Lavender Flowers, Violets (or whatever edible flower turns your mind to love!)

Method

Line a small tin or plate with greaseproof paper.

Place two saucepans of boiling water on the hob and place two bowls over them, so they sit on top, but don’t touch the water.

Break the chocolate into pieces and place in the bowls to melt. Dark in one and white in the other. Stir a couple of times gently to encourage melting, but not vigorously as the chocolate will go grainy.

When melted, remove carefully from the heat.

Pour the white chocolate into the tin or plate and gently smooth over.

The pour the dark chocolate on top however you wish – with a knife or cocktail stick move the chocolate around to create a swirling pattern.

End the pattern by drawing a heart in the chocolate – it doesn’t matter if you can’t see it, the importance is that you know it’s there!

Then take your petals or edible flowers and hold them in your hands to charge.

When you’ve charged your petals, simply sprinkle them onto the chocolate and press them slightly to ensure they stick.

Place the witchy chocolate into the fridge to set (1-2 hours)

When set, break the chocolate into pieces and place in gift bags, along with some Rose petals. Tie with some string and lavender for decoration. You could even attach a small note or spell.xxx
