Bay Tea Pork

 

This recipe combines one of my favourite cuts of meat with a delicious tea to make a lovely autumn meal and give a powerful boost to granting wishes! bb mandyxxx

 

Ingredients

 

600g Pork Belly

4 Bay Leaves

2 tablespoons of Tea (I like to use Lapsan Souchong for this recipe!)

250ml of boiling water

A pinch of Salt

 

Method

Preheat the oven 150c/300f

Score the pork with a sharp knife

Using a pestle & mortar grind the bay leaves, tea and salt together

Add the boiling water to make a fragrant tea

Whilst hot, pour the tea over the pour and carefully massage into the skin

Cook the pork for approximately 3 hours and leave to rest covered for 10-15 minute
